Video Intern – Summer 2018 United States

Revolution Messaging is seeking out a video intern to work alongside our video team here at our offices in Washington, DC. The internship begins September 17th, and ends December 14th (flexible start and end dates can be discussed).

As our video intern, you will get a chance to work on TV commercials, web ads and web videos for various progressive organizations and politicians. We are looking for a creative individual who feels comfortable around cameras and/or editing. Travel and international travel can be a part of this internship, so a passport can be useful but not required.

You’ll be working closely with Eric Elofson who oversaw the video team responsible for the Bernie 2016 campaign, as well as with the creative director of the firm Arun Chaudhary who was the First White House videographer during the Obama administration.

Applicants should be familiar with Adobe Premiere (or similar NLE’s) as well as video cameras. Experience with After Effects is encouraged as well, but not necessary.
