Our Finance team is seeking a Treasury Manager who will lead the relationships with the company’s banks, implement and manage cash forecasting models, strategize and advise in the company’s investment policies to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements but generate returns, setting up payments, managing intercompany balances (cash, loans, etc.), secure financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, manage numerous impress and trust accounts, and support key controls.

What you can expect:

    • Build, manage and enhance a detailed rolling cash flow forecast process (and a high level one year cash forecast)
    • Be able to explain the drivers of actuals vs forecast cash variances on a weekly basis and provide reporting to management team
    • Maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the organizations bank services
    • Monitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reporting
    • Maintain cash flow by managing cash forecasting models and monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
    • Approve ledger entries by auditing transactions; ensure cash transactions are recorded on a timely basis
    • Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors
    • Manage and accurately complete periodic bank exams and appraisals
    • Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly reporting
    • Manage and strategize foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risk management programs. Includes analyzing exposures, recommending hedge positions, placing trades and/or confirming the terms and conditions with counterparties, and reporting
    • Manage Intercompany transactions and borrowing processes, reporting, and documentation
    • Investigate and resolve bank and payment issues
    • Recommend and support the execution of financing and working capital improvement plans
    • Partner with various teams to optimize the global banking and cash management structure and processes
    • Prepare presentations for executives, lenders, rating agencies, etc.
    • Support M&A, Capital Investment, and other corporate initiatives
    • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
    • Collaborate with tax team to ensure payments and refunds are timely and accurately made and received 
    • Manage corporate insurance (general liability, cyber risk, director and officer insurance, property coverage, etc.) and relationships with insurance brokers/carriers
    • Evaluate insurance policies to protect company assets, human resources and compliance requirements

What we're looking for:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a direct treasury role as well as becoming progressively responsible for treasury management 
    • ERP experience, NetSuite preferred
    • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
    • Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills are required
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Thrives in an environment requiring you to be detail oriented, roll-up your sleeves, self starter, ability to tackle obstacles, and solutions oriented
United States-based roles only: Minimum annual salary for this role is $120,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
