Who we are looking for...

We're looking for a talented Technical Sourcer to partner with engineering and product leadership to identify, contact, and engage high caliber engineering professionals to join our growing team. As the sole member of the recruiting team your primary responsibility will be to help us hire 6 - 8 senior level engineers over the next 9 months that meet our high bar for excellence.

Responsibilities

    • You will partner with the hiring team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels for engineering hires.
    • You will source top talent using some, or all of a wide variety of tools i.e. LinkedIn, Github, Entelo, Boolean searches, inbound resumes, social media, internet job boards, tech associations + groups, university alumni resources, and other creative search techniques
    • You have a good LinkedIn network and are able to mine those contacts.
    • You will research, use, share and advocate sourcing best practices.
    • You will represent the company with empathy, kindness, integrity, and professionalism.
    • You will provide an excellent candidate experience to candidates.
    • You will review/shortlist inbound resumes from Job postings etc.
    • You will perform initial screening interviews to identify top candidates
    • You will regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
    • You will develop an understanding of CareMessage products, technology, market position, and our company value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent.

Requirements

    • You have 3+ years of sourcing (and recruiting) experience with a focus of at least 2 years in technical recruiting for various Engineering roles with experience in various technology stacks and/or Product Managers and Designers.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • You have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • You have a proven ability to effectively screen for technical competencies and values via resumes, profiles and initial interviews.
    • You have a track record of successfully identifying and sourcing exceptional talent i.e. Software engineers, PMs, Designers in high-growth environments that match job spec.
    • You are skilled at organization, prioritization, time management, and operating with speed and urgency.
    • You have experience using various sourcing methods and tools through multiple channels.
    • You have proven ability and willingness to learn and use new skills and techniques.
    • You have a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
    • You have experience with online ATS, ideally Lever.
Compensation and Position Details
This role is currently set at a mid level role, equivalent to someone who has held a couple of relevant roles in the past. 

Compensation for this position is set at $9,116 per month (equivalent to $110,000 USD annually).
Full time, long-term contract position with the possibility of moving to a full time employee (for US applicants only) in 2023.
