Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Staff Engineer to grow and develop our Support Enablement Engineering team in Services Operations.  As a Staff Engineer, you will own and be responsible for the engineering architecture from design through delivery, across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  You will establish and continuously improve the coding patterns and developer best practices, and guide the architecture blueprints, code reviews, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, documentation and software release processes on the team.  

We are looking for a Staff Engineer with expertise in fullstack Javascript software development, solid computer science fundamentals, and a demonstrated track record of building elegant APIs and UI experiences at scale.  In this role, you will partner with our product, program, analytics and engineering teams to build world-class experiences for our customers and support agents.

Our technical stack includes: Full-stack Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, AWS (Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3), Terraform, Redis, Docker, and Linux.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

$132,928 - $166,160

Rest of Colorado:

$116,312 - $145,390

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
