Marketing Manager (Events)

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead, plan and execute events that are on-brand and aligned with desired Doximity positioning and intended audience
  • Independently manage all events from vision and concept to planning including venue/vendor scouting, contract negotiation and execution, transportation and accommodations, decor and entertainment
  • Work closely with all vendors on the day of the event to manage venue/vendor setup, audio/visual logistics, timelines and client registration
  • Create and manage project timelines and budgets; ensure deliverables and milestones are met and within budget; act as the primary point of contact for all events
  • Manage all speakers and provide input into content development and support with slide creation and consolidation
  • Collaborate with digital marketing lead to build and execute pre/post event email outreach campaigns and with design team to create all print materials for events
  • Create and maintain on-brand collateral for all industry/client events 
  • Work closely with internal teams to build and implement a system of attendee tracking and lead management for all events
  • Analyze events for effectiveness (ROI) and identify opportunities for future enhancements; share best practices with the team
  • Support the design and execution of brand awareness/direct mail campaigns 
  • Manage all swag needs, including sourcing, inventory, and shipping
  • Plan and own logistics of all offsites and internal events for the Pharma business
  • Proactively collect post-event attendee feedback and debrief with internal teams after every event to continue to improve for future events
  • Support logistics for internal events

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience planning for conferences or events
  • Experience working closely with different marketing teams, including design and digital to pull together creative and thoughtful campaigns around events (including invitations, registrations, collateral and print materials, and follow up communications)
  • Experience designing brand awareness campaigns with multiple touch points including direct mail, email etc.
  • Experience measuring event impact and working with sales to manage lead tracking with different tools
  • Speaker-management experience
  • Experience working on event content and strategy
  • Proven track record of independently planning and managing multiple events simultaneously with success (B2B space is preferred)
  • Must be personable and a strong communicator (client-facing experience is preferred)
  • Must be creative and efficient with strong organizational skills and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Resourceful; can meet tight timelines and manage hiccups independently
  • Experience managing onsite coordination for events 
  • Travel 15-25%
  • BA/BS Required
