Manager, Program Management

Decisiv is looking for a self-starting program manager to lead one or more programs and relationships with some of Decisiv’s strategic customers. This person must have a strategic mindset as well as attention to detail to ensure success with complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise programs. Successful Program Managers form collaborative relationships with a range of client stakeholders, ranging from executives to mid-level managers. The goal is to ensure that every program will be delivered successfully, adding the greatest possible value to the customer/partner organization and creating a lasting partnership between the customer and Decisiv.

This person will take a leadership role by developing and executing on program implementation/ management with one or more Decisiv customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Define program objectives and goals
  • Define and track metrics to measure Decisiv application and platform adoption and value creation for the customer
  • Plan the program, from implementation start to completion, including timelines and milestones
  • Supervise the overall customer program, including individual projects and development efforts
  • Define and manage change management processes
  • Ensure voice of customer is clearly documented and provided back to product management
  • Develop budgets as appropriate
  • Identify ways to enhance efficiency, productivity and responsiveness, driving value for both the customer and for Decisiv
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities where Decisiv can add incremental value for the customer or expand scope of customer relationship, raise these to senior management and product management teams for consideration
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

The right person for this role will have:

  • Proven experience as a program manager (or senior account executive) or record of leadership in complex situations and experience working with senior leaders
  • Thorough understanding of project/program techniques and key metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
  • Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. MS Project etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to prioritize effectively using data
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, ranging from start-up technology company to working with our large partners in call centers, service facilities and corporate headquarters.
  • Willingness to spend significant time at client site (travel required)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the industrial/commercial asset industries
  • Experience with maintenance and/or aftermarket services
  • IoT/IIoT and/or data analytics experience
