Our team is in search of a Manager, Enterprise Sales to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

Our Enterprise team is an extremely collaborative, fast paced, and enthusiastic group responsible for securing net-new relationships and logos at an Enterprise level. We’re always thinking about how to bring success to the team, improve and iterate on process and have a great time together while working extremely hard to achieve the goals ahead!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to rapidly acquire new accounts within the Fortune 5,000
  • Work to implement target account plans and account based marketing strategies at scale
  • Personally manage and hire Enterprise and Strategic sellers
  • Work with internal resources to create and manage a scalable pipeline creation process
  • Oversee and operate a team of direct sellers, inclusive of on-boarding, training and scaling the team
  • Support your sellers by participating and leading client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Create and manage sales playbooks including on-boarding and training documentation
  • Work with marketing and product to develop and optimize outreach and nurture strategies at all levels of the funnel and customer journey

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of leading Enterprise (SaaS or Software) sales teams to success
  • Stellar problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency Assertiveness, directness, and a “customer centric” mentality
  • Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills BS/BA required
