Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Deal Desk Manager will be responsible for supporting the work of the Revenue team through the use of the technology stack at 1Password.  This is a critical role that will contribute significantly to our future growth through the design and implementation of processes and automation.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada.

What we're looking for:

    • 2+ years of revenue/sales operations experience within the SaaS industry. Ideally 1+ years of experience managing people, building efficient processes and working collaboratively across many teams (sales, legal, engineering, finance)
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks/projects and define priorities that align to our GTM OKRs.
    • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment where perfection is your foe and pace is your friend.
    • Salesforce related experience and/or documented training certifications are a plus.
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business related field.

What you can expect:

    • Lead a team of analysts in order to support the GTM (go-to-market) organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency across deal bookings, customer entitlements and all related items in between.
    • Responsible for all deal reviews to ensure that all bookings follow a defined process and align with all compliance requirements.
    • Maintain an accurate view of our customer revenue across our systems.
    • Oversee the entitlement process and work with our teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Work closely with our legal team to ensure all contracts are stored and indexed.
    • Ultimately build and maintain a revenue capture process that is fully compliant and auditable.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
