The Knowledge Enablement Specialist role is a member of our Support Operations team responsible for the training of new hires within the Support team at InVision as well as for delivering training for existing staff on new product releases and major features.

This role will be directly responsible for the delivery of training curricula developed in collaboration with Support Leadership and other external departments as relevant. The scope of this role will include training on the InVision product suite, broader design knowledge necessary to excel at supporting designers, as well as on processes and tooling used within the Support team.

The ideal Knowledge Enablement Specialist will be familiar with various training methodologies and strategies to tailor training to a diverse range of learning styles and will have experience evaluating the success of training programs.


  • Lead online, live training sessions for InVision employees on the InVision product, Support processes, design knowledge and best practices, and tooling necessary to provide support
  • Administer the training program through tracking attendance, collecting feedback, measuring engagement and efficacy, and otherwise overseeing the health of the training program
  • Coordinate with members of the broader Product Training team to identify overlapping training topics and collaborate on unified training content to reduce redundancy and prevent duplication of effort
  • Identify program training gaps based on attendee feedback and in collaboration with Support Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and other key departments
  • Keep up with latest design workflow trends, best practices, tools, and methods and be an expert on all things InVision

Basic Requirements

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and excel at presenting to live audiences
  • You have a passion for teaching and helping employees grow professionally by providing training
  • Minimum two years experience training or teaching experience, preferably in online learning courses
  • Demonstrated experience developing training materials and curricula
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop and other popular design tools as well as familiarity with basic design principles/concepts

Bonus Points

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer support for a SaaS application
  • Prior experience providing mentoring and training within a support team
  • Familiarity with the InVision product suite
