We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an IT support technician. This position will provide the first line of technical support for all employees by resolving support requests and escalating issues as needed.



What you will do
1. Install and maintain new IT equipment including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices, telephone systems, and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure
2. Record, update and escalate requests using Asana task system
3. Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
4. Assist with the installation & maintenance of computer driven manufacturing equipment
5. Other duties as requested to support our operations team

Requirements
1. Associates degree in Information Systems or equivalent
2. 1-3 Years of IT experience
3. Training on 1st shift. Once trained hours would be 12pm-8pm
4. Good understanding of computer support and troubleshooting
5. Knowledge of Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 7/10, Linux, Windows Server products
6. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wireless networking

Compensation & benefits
1.$45,000-$50,000/yr depending on experience
