Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Global Sr. Manager/Director of Resell Strategy to be a key leader in the development of the Resell business for Twilio globally. The person in this role will lead all aspects of the Resell business -- strategy formation, developing business cases, and identifying market opportunities for resell globally. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Experience, this position is a critical position that will support Twilio’s growth. This person will be the key contact point for the resell program as well as a cross-functional internal liaison across internal teams at Twilio. Join us!


Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of resell program strategy. They also have:

  • Sr. Manager: 8+ years experience in resell, partner programs, channel strategy, and partner business development.
  • Director: 10+ years experience in resell, partner programs, channel strategy, and partner business development.
  • Strong preference for someone with prior experience in a partner role at a technology (software) company.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


As a Resell Program Sr.Manager/Director, you will live the Twilio Magic values:

  • WRITE IT DOWN: Develop and socialize the Twilio resell strategy across all internal teams.
  • DRAW THE OWL: Identify the market opportunity for Twilio resellers and how resellers should go to market with Twilio.
  • BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD: Lead all aspects of the resell program and vision for the future, identify the roadmap and path forward, and build the go-to-market strategy for the resell business.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Interact extensively across all functional teams within Twilio and have significant exposure to our executive leadership.
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Ensure the consistent exercise of appropriate judgment and discretion in working with resellers and our direct sales organization.

We work closely with Sales leadership to ensure partners are an integrated part of the sales process. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary for Sr. Manager:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

$120,832 - $166,144

Rest of Colorado:

$105,728 - $145,376

Salary for Director:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

$146,240 - $201,808

Rest of Colorado:

$137,100 - $188,512.50

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
