What you'll do?

    • Coordinate team meetings, rituals, and activities to keep project efforts on track and creates communications that provide insight on progress against key project results, achievements, and metrics.
    • Facilitate user experience research initiatives across all product teams and maintain research participant databases.
    • Handle and implement research scheduling and facilitation of research activities, supporting design, PM, and engineering as required.
    • Schedule and facilitate internal and cross-functional design reviews, standups, retrospectives
    • Lead studio details such as meeting agendas, key decisions, action items, meeting notes, and other relevant project files or reference material
    • Run and lead all aspects of all asset management needs for the Design Studio
    • Leads overall development or continuous improvement of design processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines to optimize overall organizational performance 

What you bring?

    • Experience working in Design/UX ops or a similar role close to product/UX designers and researchers
    • A working understanding of design team roles and operations
    • Meticulous sense of organization, with a desire for operational excellence
    • Effective and efficient interpersonal ability
