• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Scientist or related discipline
• 4–7 years or 7–9 years of experience in ETL development and data migration in established banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in MSSQL and Oracle database environments.
• Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache NiFi, MSSQL, and data transformation scripting (Python/SQL).
• Proficient in database development and optimization using MSSQL and Oracle.
• Familiarity with ETL batch processing, workflow design, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with sustainability and climate risk data, ESG metrics, or regulatory disclosure frameworks (e.g., CCPT, TCFD) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design, data governance, and metadata management.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in integrating ETL processes with applications and downstream systems.
• Experience in performance tuning for database queries and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking applications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
