As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you won't just manage accounts. You'll own the full revenue cycle - from first commercial conversation to long-term customer growth. This is a commercially driven, consultative role for someone who combines the diagnostic mindset of a great salesperson with the operational depth of a true customer partner.

Your Role

  • Own the full customer lifecycle: You take ownership from the moment a warm lead enters the funnel - through discovery, contracting, onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. You will own it end to end.
  • Lead commercial and discovery conversations: You diagnose, discover and uncover operational inefficiencies in how customers manage their recruitment workflows, identify hidden costs, and guide customers toward the right model - whether that's a flexible pay-per-use setup or a strategic yearly partnership.
  • Drive data-led expansion: You leverage platform usage data and market signals to identify off-platform spend and underutilized potential. You engage with customers proactively - based on insights, not just meeting cadences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: You are the voice of the customer internally, feeding structured insights to Product and Operations, and you represent GOhiring as a strategic partner in every customer interaction.
  • Scale the playbook: You help build and refine the CS playbook, commercial workflows, and the "tech-touch motion" that allows our product to guide customers forward effectively.
  • Own escalations with confidence: You lead customer communication during incidents and escalations, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain trust throughout.

Your Profile

  • Full written and spoken fluency in German and English.
  • Multiple years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or consultative B2B SaaS sales roles.
  • Experience owning or closely participating in the full commercial cycle - from discovery and qualification through contracting and close.
  • Comfortable running structured discovery conversations, uncovering business pain points, and moving deals through the pipeline.
  • Proven track record of driving net revenue retention, expansion, and reactivation - you own outcomes, not just relationships.
  • Data-driven and analytical: you translate usage signals and spend data into action (experience with tools like PowerBI is a plus).
  • Excellent communicator capable of navigating stakeholder landscapes of different complexity levels across mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Thrives in high-autonomy, lean environments - you create structure where there isn't any, and improve it where there is.
  • Comfortable with product discussions, API integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Nice to have: experience in HR Tech / recruiting software, marketplace or platform businesses, or operational SaaS.
