Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 11+ years
- Strong expertise in Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems
- Hands-on experience with PLC Programming and System Integration (Siemens S7/TIA, Rockwell, Schneider)
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
- Experience with WinCC OA scripting, Python, C++, or similar programming languages
- Good understanding of OT Networking, redundancy, and high-availability architectures
- Knowledge of ISA-88, ISA-95, and OT Cybersecurity (ISA/IEC 62443)
- Experience in automation project delivery including FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system validation
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
- Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, Process Industries, or Food & Beverage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and architecture of industrial automation solutions using WinCC OA, SCADA, and PLC platforms
- Drive end-to-end project execution from requirements gathering through commissioning
- Integrate and support multi-vendor PLC systems and industrial communication networks
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available OT system architectures
- Develop and review automation applications, scripting, and system integration solutions
- Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering and cybersecurity standards
- Lead customer workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations
- Troubleshoot complex automation and integration issues across OT environments
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership
- Ensure successful delivery of automation projects meeting quality, reliability, and performance requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
