Social Media Monitoring Specialist
Full-time remote Social Media Monitoring Specialist responsible for monitoring activity on client social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Pinterest, etc.), providing customer care using native dashboards and third-party tools, using SOPs and template responses, performing research to answer messages, escalating as needed, and collaborating with account managers. Requires 40 hours/week availability overlapping specified regional hours, at least 1 year of phone or online customer service experience, and fluency in English. Permanent position with company-provided bootcamp training and ongoing development.
