Business Development- Lead Generation (Outbound- International)
Responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential SME leads via calls, emails and digital channels; conducting initial discovery conversations; maintaining records in Salesforce; and handing off qualified leads to Senior Business Finance Specialists. Requires 1–3 years' experience in lead generation/telemarketing/inside sales, familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and preferably exposure to financial services, fintech or SME lending.
