Generous health benefits

We cover 99% of your medical, dental, and vision premiums, and 75% for dependents. We also cover 100% of premiums for life insurance and short-term and long-term disability. Optional coverage for flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and additional voluntary life insurance are also offered.

Additionally, we support mental health counseling through our employee assistance program.

Flexible remote & onsite work

Our teams work from many different locations and time zones. We support fully remote work and also have an amazing in-person environment in our downtown Palo Alto HQ.

Unlimited paid time off

Recharge with unlimited paid time off and 10 paid company holidays.

Fully paid parental leave

We will top off state-applicable PFL earnings, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after the use of state PFL.

In addition, employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay.

Financial wellness

We provide 401K retirement plans for employees. Full-time employees also have the opportunity to share in the ownership of the company through equity options.

Extra work/life benefits

With employees working remotely, we provide you with a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.
