Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Remote role managing a portfolio of enterprise customers worldwide. Responsibilities include onboarding, coordinating complex projects with technical and business stakeholders, running regular customer/business reviews, identifying growth and renewal risks, creating multi-customer campaigns, handling support tickets, and influencing product and process improvements. Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience related to IT and exposure to topics such as Linux, cloud, storage, networking, security, migration or IoT; strong presentation, cross-functional collaboration and process skills; English proficiency.
