Senior Manager Implementation and Onboarding
Senior Manager, Implementation and Onboarding responsible for building and scaling multi-layered technical onboarding teams, owning strategy, execution standards, capacity planning, and high-risk escalations. Requires 8+ years in post-sale SaaS roles, 4+ years people management, technical familiarity with SSO/SCIM/directory services/APIs/CLI, and experience improving the customer lifecycle across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Remote within the United States and Canada; occasional travel expected.
