Doximity is looking for a Video & Multimedia Content Producer to guide the visual direction of Doximity's video ad product. This is a hands-on role involved in both direction and production. You will be responsible for producing high-quality creative content for Doximity’s commercial clients.

This position requires project leadership and comfort in a very fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have prior agency or healthcare industry experience and must be an excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external clients.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Partner with account and creative teams in the design and production of video and multimedia marketing pieces

  • Manage ongoing production of creative assets to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery

  • Develop compelling visual stories, transforming them into videos, imagery, and more

  • Own internal strategy for video production, proactively seeking out and keeping a pulse on trends and best practices across the broader video industry

  • Work with our product team to understand user experience and engagement to drive ways to improve overall product

  • Develop and manage training, best practice templates and ongoing guidance to internal teams

  • Contribute to recommendations for future client campaigns

What we’re looking for:

  • Must be a strong storyteller and designer with an online portfolio showcasing your work (specifically, video reels including motion graphics)

  • Must have experience with motion graphics, animating images, text, graphs, etc.

  • At least 3 years professional experience in healthcare agency or industry
  • Experience developing and managing manuscripts and storyboards

  • Command of video editing (specifically, motion graphics) and production software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Keynote, etc.)

  • Experienced with concept development and production for creative content (i.e. video/animation and web)

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time efficiently, be resourceful and effectively implement feedback

  • Experience sourcing and managing of freelance and production resources a plus

  • Experience working within healthcare advertising regulations and a proven ability to be highly creative within those regulations a plus
