Want Remote

Senior Product Manager, AI Video

Articulate
United States
Articulate is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI Video product team. Our teams embrace the product operating model and our product managers lead our discovery efforts. We believe in providing our teams with strategic direction and empowering those teams to define outcomes and deliver customer and business value. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your solutions are both valuable and viable. You will work side-by-side with product design and engineering to ensure your solutions are also usable and feasible.

You will bring to the product team solid knowledge of the constraints of the business, deep knowledge of our customers, and insights into engagement through data analysis and direct outreach. You will be the eyes and ears of the team tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape.

As a Senior Product Manager, you and your team will be held accountable to delivering both customer and business value. Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient. As an individual contributor, you will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.

If this is what inspired you to become a Product Manager, we’d love to talk to you!

What you'll do:

    • Develop and own the AI video strategy for Articulate by conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, and identifying product opportunities.
    • Collaborate with product leadership to develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Translate strategy into concrete objectives and plans to support both short and long-term goals
    • Guide the prioritization of work based on customer needs, resources, and strategic opportunities.
    • Work closely with product design, data science, and engineering teams to create and deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI Video solutions.
    • Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Generate buy-in from stakeholders on new product features and concepts to evolve our product and deliver value to customers.

What you should have:

    • 6+ years working on technology-powered products as a product manager or directly related experience (e.g. product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher).
    • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
    • Proven project management experience with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and accelerate teams by leveraging strong planning, decision-making, and communication frameworks.
    • You have a strong track record of shipping B2B SaaS products users love.
    • You collaborate well cross-functionally--especially with design and engineering.
    • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
    • You have experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product prioritization. Ideally, you can analyze data yourself when needed by writing SQL queries and using data analysis tools.
    • Experience interacting with customers. Bonus points for experience with F500 enterprise customers.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business—engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
    • Comfortable with presenting to C-Level audiences.
    • Product sense and craftsmanship.

Nice to haves:

    • Expertise or previous experience in the e-learning space.
