The ideal candidate for this job is a multi-talented individual who has a strong understanding of Articulate’s business systems and knowledge. This person would work to help build a team who can handle frontline inquiries from internal teams and provide the right information, solution or are able to triage the task to the proper internal team.

Here’s a smattering of the tech you’ll be working with: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, SOQL, Visual Studio Code, GearSet, GitHub, Marketo, Avalara, Billing Platform, Workato, Stripe, ZoomInfo, Slack, Gainsight NXT and Okta.

What you'll do:

    • Possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and best practices.
    • Work closely with dev (web and Salesforce), QA and other team members to triage and troubleshoot issues.
    • Lead a team of Salesforce and Billing Platform administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce and Billing Platform initiatives.
    • Define and execute the Salesforce roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and integration with other systems.
    • Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows, to support evolving business needs.
    • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and system stability.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support initiatives.
    • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies, including data security, compliance, and best practices.
    • Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights on Salesforce performance metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.

What you should have:

    • 8+ years experience in IT
    • 6+ years experience with the Salesforce CRM Platform
    • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrative experience
    • A deep understanding of Articulate’s internal business and web systems.
    • The ability to ask important questions to the business and help to surface pain points and process flaws
    • A desire to want to strengthen the overall knowledge of our team and share that information broadly within Articulate
    • Experience thinking, planning, and executing autonomously and as part of a remote team of technical and non-technical collaborators and stakeholders.
    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship or work experience.

$119,000 - $178,400 a year
The pay range for this position is $119,000 to $178,400 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
